This week after the deadline is a strange one. The Netherlands goes into a total lockdown. We didn't have it before the way it is now. All shops but for the food are closed as schools are. Of course I am still aloud to teach.

Luckily we had another Wednesday evening planned and all but 2 turned up. Was good to see everyone and we laughed a lot.

Ceramics

I started to go to a makerspace weekly to learn how to glaze the vases. I had to make small squares that where than backed "bisquit". After that I painted them with different glaze colors and now they get baked again. It is a slow process. Took me 4 weeks up to now. And of course because of lockdown the place is closed down. What is very interesting for me is that they have a 3D clay printer. The only one who can operate it is not available for now and the idea is that I learn how to use it so that it can be used more often and that I can use it to do testing on more and different 3D clay prints from photo's.
